Booking

Bookings are for a full day, from 10:00 to 18:00. Your request isn’t final until we confirm it by email.

Payment and deposit

When we confirm your booking we send you a link to pay a deposit of 30% of the price for the day, by card, Bizum, Apple Pay, Google Pay or bank transfer. The deposit is deducted from the final price and the rest is paid on the day. If you do not pay it within the stated deadline, the booking is cancelled and the day becomes available again. All prices include VAT.

Right of withdrawal

As this is a leisure service for a specific date, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply (Article 103(l) of the Spanish consumer protection act, TRLGDCU). Cancellations are governed by these conditions.

Cancellations

Bad weather

If sea conditions don’t allow a safe trip, we’ll offer you another day or refund [the amount paid].

Renting without a skipper

You need a boating licence valid for the boat and must leave a security deposit, which is returned at the end if the boat comes back in good condition.
