For as long as our relationship lasts and, after that, for as long as the law requires. Contact messages are deleted after [12] months.

Who we share it with

Nobody, unless required by law. Our web and email hosting provider is Hostinger, which processes data on our behalf. Card and Bizum payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.: Stripe receives your card details directly and we never see or store them.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@ohmyboatibiza.com. If you feel we haven’t handled your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
